Mr. Kliros is a 1971 graduate of Vanderbilt University, with an A.B. degree. He is a 1974 graduate of the University of Georgia law school, cum laude. He has practiced law in the metropolitan Atlanta area since 1974, with an emphasis on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate practice, representing lenders and developers. He is a member of the Real Estate Sections of the American Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association.

Mr. Kliros represents lenders and developers in a wide variety of matters involving financing of office buildings, shopping centers, subdivisions and other commercial real estate ventures.
