Mr. Phillips is a 1998 graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served on the Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Jacksonville State University and received a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Alabama. Mr. Phillips previously served as a contract attorney with the Atlanta law firm of King & Spalding. He has published in the area of interstate regulation of motor carriers.
Mr. Phillips litigates in all state and federal courts, with an emphasis on construction and design professional litigation.
